Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: Managing batch level compliance on activities and sharing reports as per timeline Need to conduct dip checks, briefings, awareness sessions. Should be able to coach the bottom quartile on daily / weekly/ monthly basis. Should be able to support & deliver effective batches during Ramps / Special requirements of business. Mentor and Coach, a team of trainers on a regular basis and evaluate their performance against each KPI Ensure and maintain better post training effectiveness to deliver business KPI’s for the trained batches month on month. Need to govern process refresher training to improve performance of bottom performers Attend calibration on weekly/monthly basis to ensure knowledge level is at par with teams Attend and Present Daily/monthly / weekly reviews with Internal and External Stakeholders Should be part of Self grooming sessions and participating in delivering projects on improving business KPIs Regular to office and maintain professional etiquettes Mainly responsible for overseeing and managing the work of the trainers. Maintain Batch File & Dashboards, Monitoring & maintain training records.(Attendance, Movement, Attrition ) in the BEST framework Creating of SOPs for Training & Development ,Designing and developing a framework for Training initiatives and employee engagement Evaluate the effectiveness of training by developing and implementing pre & post instruction evaluation tools like surveys, classroom observation Work collaboratively as well as independently while handling multiple projects Recommend solutions for performance issues and potential areas of training Ensure admin activities, connect with batches, manage attendance. Tardiness, id management Publish dashboards for respective areas of training. Planning Training Need Analysis in line with client & stakeholders’ requirement and overseeing training execution and delivery Responsible for Client SLAs on training delivery timeline for new hire and refresher training across sites Contribute with strategic Learning ideas and expertise and translate them into effective Training models that are in line with the business goals. Delivery of QBR's MBR data and weekly calls with service leaders Conduct L2 round of interviews. Responsible for managing 0-30 Performance , focus on bottom performers by call listening , feedback sharing ,sharing plan of action and best practice to improve the performance.
