The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work in a flexible environment. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Identify process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and operations. Develop functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for new projects. Support project implementation by tracking progress and identifying risks. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support. Prepare reports and presentations for management insights. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, or a related domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Microsoft Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible work schedules. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in working with global teams. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
