Current Requirement: Trained Freshers or 1 to 2 years experience in Zoho CRM Key Responsibilities: Understand our existing B2C sales process. Set up and customize all relevant Zoho CRM modules. Lead Management, Sales Funnel, Lead Nurturing, Performance Tracking, Automations, etc. Create user-friendly dashboards for tracking customer interactions and sales activities. Set up Automation for client communication Qualifications Experience with Sales and Customer Relationship Management Software (Zoho CRM) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM
