Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead and execute our human resource functions. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and fostering a positive work culture. As an HR Manager at Seed Media, you will play a crucial role in scaling our team while maintaining a vibrant, performance-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and implement a hiring strategy to attract top talent in the media and digital industry. Handle end-to-end recruitment : Job postings, screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding. Build relationships with colleges, recruitment agencies, and freelancers for talent pipeline development. 2. Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute employee engagement programs , team-building activities, and wellness initiatives. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with employees to address concerns and improve retention. Foster a positive and high-performance culture aligned with Seed Media’s values. 3. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and performance management systems. Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company policies. Handle grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict management. 4. Performance Management & Training: Implement appraisal systems, goal setting, and employee feedback processes. Identify skill gaps and organize training and development programs. Develop leadership and career progression plans for employees. 5. HR Strategy & Employer Branding: Strengthen Seed Media’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent. Implement HR tech tools to streamline HR operations. Create and manage HR dashboards, analytics, and reports to measure workforce effectiveness. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in HR (preferably in Media, Digital Marketing, or Startups). Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
