We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Manager to join our Infinity Hyundai automobile Dealership Company. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations within our showroom, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Service Department Management: Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including the workshop, service advisors, and technicians. Monitor the workflow and ensure efficient service delivery. 2. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service experiences for all customers. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance their skills and productivity. 4. Service Schedule and Workflow: Develop and implement service schedules to optimize workshop productivity. Allocate resources effectively and ensure the timely completion of service and maintenance tasks. 5. Quality Control: Maintain high-quality service standards by monitoring and inspecting completed work. Implement measures to minimize errors and rework, and ensure compliance with Hyundai's service guidelines and standards. 6. Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for service operations. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage vendor relationships. 7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the service department budget, ensuring effective cost control measures. Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports, and identify areas for improvement. 8. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the service department. Promote a safe working environment and enforce proper safety protocols. 9. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on service department performance, including key metrics, customer feedback, and financial analysis. Maintain accurate records of service activities, invoices, and warranty claims. Experience : Minimum 6-10 Years only in Automobile Dealership. Qualifications and Skills. - Bachelor's degree in Any stream, - Proven experience in a service management role within the automotive industry. - Strong technical knowledge of Hyundai & other vehicles and their service requirements. - Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. - Proficient in using service management software and computer systems. - Sound understanding of budgeting and financial analysis. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the automotive industry. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
