Our solution uses computer vision and machine learning to detect human error in man-machine interactions, significantly enhancing safety in environments like forklift operations. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Flagman devices across a designated region while managing a team of field engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and technical expertise in industrial automation. Key Responsibilities: Manage service operations within an assigned region, ensuring efficient deployment and support. Lead, mentor, and support a team of Field Service Engineers. Supervise and participate in the installation and configuration of Flagman devices at customer sites. Address complex technical issues, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime. Oversee electrical wiring, PLC connections, and system integrations. Work with APIs, SCADA systems, and industrial software solutions to enhance device functionality. Provide in-depth training and support to customers on the usage of Flagman. Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance activities, and customer feedback. Visit customer sites across India and internationally as required. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in field service roles. Strong knowledge of PLC systems, electrical wiring, SCADA, and software integration. Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within and outside India.
