We’re looking for a performance marketing head who can not only attract such people but also guide them meaningfully till they walk into our world. ⸻ Role Purpose: You will lead the entire performance marketing and lead management funnel—from digital discovery to tele-nurturing to physical site visits. You’ll also be responsible for setting up and operating the sales CRM effectively, making the entire process trackable, scalable, and experience-focused. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Funnel Ownership • Create and own full-funnel marketing strategy—from ad click to site visit. • Map each stage of the funnel clearly and improve conversion at every touchpoint. • Own and optimize KPIs: CPL, CAC, lead-to-qualified %, and visit show-up rates. 2. Tele-Sales Team Management • Set up and lead a focused tele-sales team. • Build nurturing processes, scripts, and follow-up sequences that reflect the brand’s empathy and honesty. • Train and monitor for responsiveness, quality of conversations, and conversion efficiency. 3. Sales CRM Setup & Usage • Choose and implement the right CRM system for lead capture, tracking, and follow-ups. • Ensure complete integration with ad platforms, landing pages, tele-calling flows, and reporting dashboards. • Use automation to reduce manual dependencies while keeping the human touch intact. • Build reports to track pipeline health, team performance, and visitor outcomes. 4. Campaign Execution & Optimisation • Design and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and relevant networks. • Continuously optimize based on data and feedback loops from the sales funnel. • Work closely with the creative team to ensure ads are performance-driven yet brand-aligned. 5. Data, Tools & Reporting • Build a clear dashboard view of the entire lead journey. • Use GA4, ad managers, CRM analytics, and call tracking tools effectively. • Run experiments, identify insights, and make quick, clean decisions. ⸻ What You Bring: • 8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Hands-on experience in performance marketing and CRM setup/operations • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, automation, and integrations • Comfortable with numbers, but even more comfortable with people • Experience in real estate, D2C lifestyle, or community-based businesses is a plus • Passionate about creating systems that feel both efficient and human ⸻ Why This Role Matters: You’re not selling projects.
