The Senior HR Associate will play a key role by handling a wide range of human resources functions. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement, compliance, and overall HR operations. The Senior HR Associate will work closely with leadership and management to ensure effective and efficient HR practices. Responsibilities :Recruitment & Onboarding : Lead the recruitment process for various departments, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Maintain an active network of talent and assist with workforce planning. Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Mediate employee disputes and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Ensure the company’s policies and practices are consistent and aligned with local labor laws and company culture. HR Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including employment law and workplace safety regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Training & Development : Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and implement programs that enhance employee skills and performance. Assist with the design and delivery of employee development initiatives. Track employee progress and provide feedback to management on development opportunities. Performance Management : Support managers with the performance appraisal process and provide coaching on managing employee performance. Coordinate and monitor the employee performance review cycle. Provide recommendations for promotions, raises, and employee development based on performance reviews. HR Systems & Reporting : Utilize HR software to maintain employee records, generate reports, and track key HR metrics. Assist in analyzing HR data to make informed decisions about talent management and workforce planning. Compensation & Benefits : Assist in the administration of compensation programs and benefits offerings. Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation. Collaborate with management on compensation benchmarking and salary reviews. Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior HR associate or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Proven experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion. Experience in PF & ESI calculation and payments in the respective portals. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus. Preferred Skills :Experience with talent management and employee development initiatives. Experience in managing compensation and benefits administration. Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
