Currently, they are seeking an ILLUSTRATOR to work in their Graphic Design team at their office in Lower Parel, Mumbai . Role Details Company : Design Outsourcing firm FOR the Fashion Apparel Industry in the US/Europe/etc (International work) Official Designation : Creative Graphic Designer Experience : 2-4 years of professional experience as an illustrator. Experience in the Fashion and Retail industry will be an added advantage Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai (5-day workweek) Compensation : ₹4.50 LPA - ₹7 LPA Job Type : Full-time, On site (not remote, Only Mumbai candidates should apply) Role Summary Our clients are seeking a talented Illustrator to produce unique artwork for both print and digital publications. As an Illustrator, you will work closely with clients, editors, and marketers to understand their business requirements and effectively capture their target audience’s attention through captivating illustrations. Your primary objective will be to create high-quality illustrations within realistic timeframes. Collaboration, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities for this role. ✅ Key Responsibilities Prepare rough drafts according to requirements Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations Refine designs with illustration software Use various colors, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept Format images using computer-aided design (CAD) software Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex shapes Participate in design briefs with clients, editors and/or marketers to identify their needs Ensure that printed illustrations meet quality and color standards Brainstorm with the design team to come up with new ideas, patterns and styles Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience needed: Bachelor's degree Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field . 2-4 years of professional experience as an illustrator. Experience in the Fashion and Retail industry will be an added advantage. Technical Skills / Design Skills / Soft Skills Adobe Creative Suite: Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and typography. Strong ability to work with pre-existing assets to create new layouts and designs . Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual consistency and aesthetics.
