In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership and play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and scaling talent acquisition to support our rapid growth. Work responsibilities would include: Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding ensuring timely hiring. Recruitment will be a key focus of this role as the organization is growing rapidly, requiring a strong and efficient hiring strategy to attract top talent and support the scaling of teams. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, promotions and tracking team progress. Team Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and track engagement metrics to ensure high levels of motivation and satisfaction. Organizational Development: Build and maintain the organizational structures, aligning it with business goals. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, conduct compliance audits, and maintain policies (e.g., leave, attendance, POSH). Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation benchmarking and manage employee benefits programs, including bonuses and incentives. Training & Development: Drive onboarding and training programs to promote skill development and career growth. Rewards and Recognition: Develop and implement employee recognition programs to celebrate milestones and achievements. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement scores, productivity, and performance data, to provide actionable insights. People Relations: Address team member concerns and foster a positive work environment through open communication and support. Ideal candidate should: Be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Have 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development. Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information. Be comfortable to work in an unstructured environment and meritocratic culture. Possess superior writing, communication and presentation skills. Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for employee development and engagement.
