JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Medium Segment (Food & Beverages / Pharma Industry/Auto/Cement & Chemical Industry / Sugar) Designation: Work Location: CHENNAI / BANGALORE / HYDERABAD Experience Required : In years: Minimum _______10 years Industry related experience: Required Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering / Tech (Chemicals/Mechanical) Job Summary/Purpose of the role: This role is involved in the selling of Water treatment plant /Waste Water Treatment Plant to the Medium Segment. Roles & Responsibilities: Drive growth and expand presence in the Medium Industry. Identify and analyze untapped potential within the Medium Industry. Generate business for engineering business for Medium Industry. Ensure profitability by maintaining a positive bottom line. Deliver consistent year-on-year (YOY) business growth. Lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with divisions to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Monitor competitors and market trends for strategic insights. Meet business targets by leveraging market potential. Introduce and implement innovative technologies to stay ahead in the market. Build strong value propositions for engineering and chemical offerings in collaboration with internal teams. Key Skills: a) Sales & Marketing expertise in engineering & industrial products/ Water treatment b) Demonstrated abilities in developing business strategies and customer relationship especially for Medium Industry for the assigned territory. c) Key Account Management d) Technical skill on WTP/WWTP/Water treatment chemicals/Resin e) Communication skill
