3D Motion Graphics Designer Location: Mumbai Experience: 1+ years in 3D Animation and Motion Graphics About the Role: We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling animations and graphics that fully capture the essence of the client's brief. Working alongside the Head of Design, you will develop conceptual and stylistic executions for various projects and campaigns. This role demands proficiency in both 2D and 3D animation techniques, along with a strong understanding of the animation pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development & Execution Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand project goals and visual expectations. Establish the visual and conceptual style for 3D motion graphics, animations, and video content that aligns with the client’s brief. Translate creative ideas into aesthetically pleasing and technically sound 3D animations. Animation & Graphic Design Create 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects across a variety of media, including video, digital platforms, and social media. Utilize 2D/3D, stop motion, and computer-generated animation techniques to produce dynamic and engaging content. Ensure that final designs and animations are polished and meet project requirements, deadlines, and brand guidelines. Software & Tool Proficiency Use industry-standard tools like After Effects , Premiere Pro , 3ds Max , Maya , Cinema 4D , and Blender to create high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics. Leverage plugins and other relevant tools to enhance workflows and optimize production time. Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with the Head of Design, creative team, and other stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs. Present ideas, drafts, and final animations to clients, making adjustments as needed to ensure satisfaction. Project & Time Management Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output. Work within project timelines and budgets, delivering on time and on brief. Who Should Apply? ✔ Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an animator or motion graphics designer, preferably in 3D animation. ✔ Strong portfolio showcasing 3D motion graphics, animations, and relevant projects. ✔ Proficiency in After Effects , Premiere Pro , 3ds Max , Maya , Cinema 4D , or similar tools. ✔ Understanding of the principles of animation, 3D modeling, and rendering techniques. ✔ Ability to create high-quality visual content that aligns with client expectations and brand identity. ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
