Role Overview The Creative Designer will be responsible for crafting and maintaining the visual identity of our brands, ensuring an engaging, premium, and consistent brand identity across all marketing touchpoints. This role requires strong design, creative production, and campaign execution expertise . You will work closely with the marketing, growth, and operations teams to develop high-impact visual assets for digital marketing, packaging, social media, video ads, and offline materials . Key Responsibilities Brand Identity & Visual Direction Develop and maintain consistent visual identities for all our brands. Create and refine brand guidelines, ensuring alignment with marketing and business goals. Marketing, Digital & Campaign Design Develop key visuals and hero creatives for marketing initiatives. Create engaging video ads tailored for digital and traditional media. Conceptualize and execute campaign creatives across performance marketing, social media, CRM, and influencer marketing. Design ATL (Above-the-Line) assets for 360-degree marketing campaigns. Print & Offline Media Oversee the design and production of print materials, packaging, and offline advertising . Ensure high-quality execution for menus, in-store branding, and OOH (Out-of-Home) assets . Innovate packaging designs for an enhanced customer experience. Production & Creative Execution Assist in photoshoots and video shoots , ensuring high-quality outputs for marketing & menu creatives. Work with external agencies and vendors for production and printing needs. Creative Strategy & Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and category teams to craft compelling campaigns. Stay ahead of design trends, food branding aesthetics, and competitor strategies . Ensure all assets are optimized for performance and A/B testing. Requirements 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative direction . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a must. Video editing skills are required. Exposure to Motion graphics is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital ads, video content, and social media design will be advantageous. What We Offer
