The candidate will bring equal measures of creativity, design thinking and ensuring that all design projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the high-quality standards set by the company. Responsibilities Create quick, accurate 3D designs based on initial design concepts and sketches, using tools like SketchUp or other 3D modeling software. Produce models that are optimized for both visual presentation and practical use (e.g., for rendering, prototyping, or VR). Collaborate with other team members to refine and adjust models as needed, ensuring alignment with project goals. Be prepared to deliver models quickly while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy. Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D interior designing. Proven experience in 3D modeling, especially creating quick, high-quality models. Proficiency in SketchUp and other 3D modeling software. Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and textures. Ability to understand and work from basic sketches, blueprints, or CAD drawings. Ability to adapt to different design styles and project needs. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team. Ability to adapt and learn other 3D software as needed to support diverse project requirements.
