Role Summary: The Telesales Manager is responsible for overseeing the telesales operations at Elance Learning, ensuring efficiency in lead qualification, sales conversions, and team performance. The role demands a mix of leadership, process management, and data-driven decision-making to scale operations across Kerala.  Key Responsibilities: Oversee telesales operations, team performance, and sales processes. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing lead conversion. Ensure seamless coordination between the lead qualification and sales teams. Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions. Report to senior management with data-driven insights  Requirements: 5+ years of experience in telesales or sales management. Proven track record of leading successful sales teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.  KRAs: Team performance and overall conversion rates. Quality of consultations and adherence to training modules. Process efficiency and training effectiveness. Implementation of feedback and continuous improvement strategies.
