We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with speech and communication challenges. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children with special needs. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve communication skills. Work closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to support the child’s progress. Use specialized techniques, tools, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices as needed. Maintain accurate records and track therapy progress. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Certification from RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) preferred. Prior experience working with children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, or other developmental disorders is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Why Join Us?
