DIYA FOUNDATION is looking for a MANAGER HUMAN RSOURCES Diya Foundation, established in 1999, is an NGO engaged in providing Life Skills, Personal Social Skills and specialized skills in the spheres of Hospitality, IT and General office work to intellectually-challenged adults. The training follows a person-centric approach and requires working with all stakeholders to create awareness and provide a circle of support. THE JOB: The Manager HR would be responsible for all HR functions including Talent acquisition, On boarding of new recruits,, Employee relations, Retention of talent, and Administration. Compliance with relevant statutory requirements pertaining to employment as well as Organization policies would be critical. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A graduate in any field with exposure to a course in HR Management/Administration. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Administration is expected.
