About the Role - Blackbaud is looking for a Staff Product Manager, working on our Payment Services solution. This in an incredibly exciting and important role in transforming a key part of the product portfolio, driving step-function improvements in customer outcomes, automation, delightful user experiences, and higher product margins. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to transform high-level ideas and deliver innovative solutions with our engineering teams. This individual will be the link between vertical market groups, Centers of Excellence, and our Payments and application engineering teams. They must understand how to balance customer needs with the needs of the business, demonstrating financial acumen and prudent decision-making. Responsibilities Partner with Senior level Product Managers to define and refine product concepts ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Collaboration with product managers engineering, Corporate IT, Cyber Security, Finance and Infrastructure Engineering and Cloud Operations. Write clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the payment system technologies. Prioritize and manage product backlogs to ensure timely and high-quality delivery by engineering teams. Partner with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to plan, execute and launch new features and enhancements across product lines. Monitor and analyze the performance, usage and feedback of the payments system, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements. Own multiple product initiatives and lead teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight. Communicate and build rapport with stakeholders throughout the product development cycle. Validate deliverables against requirements to ensure they meet business objectives and user expectations. Qualifications - 2+ years’ experience within Product Management, expertise in payments solutions is preferred Required Skills Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills Ability to run multiple initiatives and are comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization. A pragmatic understanding of technologies, systems, and tools in an ever-changing environment and ability to prioritize and can support your decision-making through data and narrative. Passion for delivering high-quality products and solving complex problems in partnership with engineering teams Experience with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools. Ability to deliver products that meet required standards of quality, security and operability Ideally, background in payments or Fintech Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.
