Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing with expertise in managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart & Blinkit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience optimizing paid media campaigns to drive sales, enhance product visibility, and maximize ROI. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, analytical skills, and executional expertise in the e-commerce advertising ecosystem. Responsibilities - a) Campaign Management: • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart & Blinkit platforms. • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns efficiently. b) Performance Optimization: • Monitor key performance indicators (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly. • Conduct bid adjustments, keyword research, and ad copy testing to enhance campaign outcomes. c) E-commerce Strategy: • Develop and implement a data-driven advertising strategy aligned with business objectives and seasonal trends. • Collaborate with the product and pricing teams to ensure competitive positioning. d )Reporting & Analytics: • Generate and analyze performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations. • Leverage data to identify opportunities for growth and campaign scaling. e) Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad assets. • Collaborate with e-commerce platform account managers to stay updated on new tools, trends, and ad formats. f) Market Research: • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and refine advertising strategies. • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging e-commerce advertising opportunities.
