Based in India, our goal is to create landscapes that establish a unique sense of place. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and handling employee benefits and relations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing payroll processing, maintaining employee records, addressing employee and client inquiries, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role will also involve visiting client sites for compliance audits. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience in Employee Benefits and Employee Relations Knowledge of HR Policies and compliances Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
