Job Description

Role & responsibilities- Monthly payroll management across group, Pan India employees verifying final attendance inputs, checking salary components as per breakup. Verifying employee deductions amount as per law. Informing to new joiners salary cycle and attendance cycle, salary day and leave policy. Responsible for collecting timesheets from employees and managers for payroll processing & maintain employees leaves in monthly leave tracker. Maintaining muster roll & wages register as per contract labour act. Preparing & releasing appointment letter for all new joiners, preparing employees transfer letters, promotion letters, increment letters, and fixed term contract letters. Updating renewed employee contracts in the software. Collecting resignations and No dues form from resigned employee and processing Full & Final settlements. Processing annual bonus to all eligible employees. Providing relieving letters to employees. Handling Complete HR Operations Corporate, Exit Formalities, Attendance & Leave Management, Payroll Processing, Statuary Compliance management, Employees Queries Management Offer Letter & Appointment letter generation, ID card generation, Reimbursement claim settlements, Induction of new joiners, Full & Final settlements, Contract Labor management, Employees Town Hall. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree/MBA
