Celebrity/Artist Manager (Influencer Manager) - Schbang Fluence Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) Experience: 5-8 years in Celebrity/Artist Management & Influencer Marketing About the Role: As a Celebrity/Artist Manager at Schbang Fluence, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with high-profile artists, celebrities, and influencers. Your expertise will lie in building and managing brand collaborations, working closely with key talent to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, and driving long-term partnerships that align with client objectives and brand goals. This role requires exceptional collaboration skills and a deep network within the influencer/celebrity space. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Align celebrity/artist collaborations with client goals and emerging marketing trends. Develop and execute strategies for impactful influencer campaigns involving top celebrities and artists. Ensure campaigns reflect Schbang Fluence’s "Invest in Influencers for Impact" philosophy and drive measurable results. Celebrity/Artist & Brand Collaborations Utilize your network to identify and onboard high-profile celebrities, artists, and influencers that resonate with brand objectives. Manage the negotiation of contracts, deliverables, and pricing with talent and their managers. Maintain strong long-term relationships with celebrities, artists, and influencers to build brand advocacy and trust. Collaborate closely with brand teams to ensure clear messaging, content creation, and alignment of campaign goals. Campaign Operations & Execution Oversee the development of content calendars and ensure timely content roll-out by talent. Provide clear briefings to talent, ensuring that all brand objectives, key messaging, and content themes are understood. Monitor the live campaigns, resolve any issues, and ensure the campaign runs smoothly without delays or deviations. Ensure timely payments to talent and that all contractual obligations are met. Analytics & Performance Measurement Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI for celebrity-driven campaigns. Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, highlighting insights, performance data, and future recommendations. Evaluate the performance of talent and make data-driven decisions for future collaborations. Financial Management Oversee the financial processes for all campaigns involving talent, ensuring transparency and thorough records are maintained. Support the team in meeting revenue and profitability targets while maintaining high standards of execution. Business Development & Industry Networking Pitch celebrity and influencer-driven marketing solutions to potential and existing clients. Work alongside internal teams (Business Development, Creative, Media, and Strategy) to refine campaign strategies and ensure successful execution. Stay up to date with the latest trends in celebrity marketing, digital media, and entertainment. Team & Process Management Lead and mentor a team of celebrity managers, influencer strategists, and other campaign management staff. Ensure your team is equipped with resources, training, and support to manage their workloads and achieve their goals. Foster a collaborative environment to maximize team growth, job satisfaction, and retention.
