We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lending Leader with 15+ years of experience in BPO operations. Key Skills & Competencies: The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Corporate & Syndicated Loans, Commercial Loan Operations, Credit/Lending within Capital Markets , Commercial Real Estate (CRE), SBA Loans, and Wholesale Lending operations . Strong knowledge of loan documentation, credit agreements, financial & security documents. Minimum 8 years of experience in team leadership and client management. Experience with loan processing systems, risk management, and quality control. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Six Sigma, and process improvement tools. Role Summary: Manage end-to-end loan operations, including loan closing, servicing, booking, funding, review, and secondary loan trading. Ensure compliance with loan agreements by conducting legal documentation reviews and tracking regulatory requirements. Lead a team of 150+ associates, oversee performance, and ensure achievement of SLAs & KPIs. Monitor loan portfolios, reconcile lender discrepancies, and handle escalations efficiently. Identify opportunities for automation, process transformation, and operational improvements. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
