Position Highlights: The coordinator will manage day to day supply chain management deliverables across different product lines from sourcing to delivery. The position will require to understand product and customer journey lifecycles and accordingly work in a multi stakeholder environment with vendors from manufacturing, sourcing to printing, packing, assembly and last mile delivery within defined SLAs and turnaround times to provide a positive member experience. The coordinator will also provide support to all Lions Club Officers and club members by responding to support request (phone, email, written correspondence) in a timely and customer centric manor. The ideal candidate provides stellar service while at the same time, looks for ways to improve the overall member experience. What You’ll Do: Responsible for ensuring end to end fulfillment of all product lines at the ISAME office from New Member Kits, Charter Kits, Awards and recognitions to Club Supplies Respond to member issues with a positive, friendly attitude via all members. Working with vendors at different lifecycles across sourcing, printing, warehousing, dispatch, etc. and ensuring SLAs are adhered to Review and audit vendors to ensure standards of quality and compliance are not compromised and contractual terms and SLAs are adhered to Work on RFPs and scout for new vendors to create business continuity, adequate redundancies and maintain commercial optimization of the entire process Maintain work trackers and generate MIS and analyze ways in which processes can be improved and Turn Around Times (TAT) can be reduced to provide a differentiating member experience. Ensuring stakeholder (HQ and ISAME Office staff) expectation management and satisfaction through proactive communication and adherence to defined TAT metrics Supporting the e-Com / Licensing projects from a merchandising sale perspective with HQ stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring all monitoring reports (MIS) are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Engage, conduct research and analysis of the NGO, Charitable organizations, so ISAME & Africa office is continuously aware of Industry best practices. Participate and contribute to ensure Legal, financial & tax compliances and audit requirements are met. Resolving queries and complaints regarding fulfillment from Members and HQ staff. Execute Service requests of Ad hoc reports as requested by the HQ and/or ISAME & A Regional Manager. We’re Looking for Someone With: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Masters would be an advantage 1-4 years of experience in Operations, vendor management and direct customer / stakeholder management.
