Work Location :- Bangalore Work experience :- 1 to 3 Years Responsibilities: Advising the business teams on applicable legal and regulatory framework for MoneyView’s existing and new products Advising the business teams of MoneyView on regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on data protection, privacy and information security Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with business partners (sourcing and collection contracts with financial institutions, tech vendor contracts, marketing contracts, payment support services contracts) Drafting and updating the standard form contracts entered into with customers and policies of MoneyView (terms and conditions, privacy policy and general terms of use) Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the MoneyView Group Managing the litigation portfolio and responding to legal notices and law enforcement agencies Management of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and external counsel to manage multiple projects Qualifications: Law degree from a recognized, well-ranked university Between 1-3 years of relevant PQE Experience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions Experience working with at a corporate law firm and / or as in-house counsel in a fintech is preferred The candidate should be able to work independently and exercise sound and practical judgment
