Independently design & improve processes and value stream mapping using lean methodologies. Imparting training on Lean methodology to shop floor and lead the change management concepts. Drive implementation of 5S and Visual Management through training, monitoring and auditing Implement Lean Methods to improve Productivity & Quality Maintain departmental records and preparing the live dashboard. Generate customized training programs for the organization. Track the process compliance via data and dashboards and collaborate with QA and various stakeholders to build corrective actions and implement it at the shop floor. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals Drive cost optimization activity throughout the organization and preparing its record. Facilitate the creation of standard, disciplined processes and the process management controls to sustain, adapt, and continuously improve. Design process-related materials, templates, standard procedures, and learning simulations. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring on process design & improvement activities, including process management.
