From premium hardware, laminates, plywood, and MDF to our exclusive in-house brands, we ensure efficiency, quality, and rapid delivery services for interior professionals.   Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist    We seek a performance-driven digital marketing expert to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns, ensuring high ROI and user growth across various digital platforms.   Key Responsibilities:  ✅ Manage & execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn for different business verticals.   ✅ Optimize for ROI & Performance, focusing on CPL, ROAS, and user engagement metrics.   ✅ Develop and implement growth strategies across SEM, social media, affiliate marketing, and CRM to drive customer acquisition.   ✅ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness.   ✅ Manage budgets effectively across channels, ensuring efficient ad spend and measurable results.   ✅ Brainstorm and experiment with new growth strategies to scale user acquisition and engagement.   ✅ Work on app campaign strategies focused on both acquisition & retention.   ✅ Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, App Analytics, etc.) to track and report performance.   ✅ Identify new growth opportunities in both existing and emerging digital channels.   Skills & Qualifications:    2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in D2C, B2B, eCommerce, or Quick Commerce brands.   Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing strategies.   Experience with budget allocation & ROI-driven decision-making.   Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset with a strong problem-solving approach.   Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing & advertising strategies.   Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute preferred.   Knowledge of B2B and B2C buyer psychology is a plus.
