About the Company The Partner Acceleration Manager will be responsible for building, owning, driving, and managing strategic partner programs, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, partner marketing, and the programme management of the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE). While the primary focus will be on the AWS partnership, the role will also encompass other key alliances. This position requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can develop and scale partnerships to drive business growth, enhance collaboration, and strengthen market presence. Role Description The Partner Acceleration Manager will be responsible for building, owning, driving, and managing strategic partner programs, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, partner marketing, and the programme management of the Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE). While the primary focus will be on the AWS partnership, the role will also encompass other key alliances. This position requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can develop and scale partnerships to drive business growth, enhance collaboration, and strengthen market presence. 1. Partnership Strategy & Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS sales teams, and partner ecosystem stakeholders. • Identify and engage with new potential technology and cloud-based partnerships to expand business opportunities. • Track and optimize partner performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Partner Program Development & GTM Execution • Design and manage partner programs that drive joint value, including co-sell and co-build initiatives. • Lead the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and joint solution offerings with AWS. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to drive AWS Marketplace engagement and monetization. • Develop business cases and proposals for partner-led initiatives. 3. Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Partnerships • Programme manage the Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive best practices, enablement, and innovation working closely with the technology leaders in Incedo. • Provide training and enablement programs to internal sales, pre-sales, and technical teams on AWS partnership benefits, certifications, and incentives. • Develop and maintain a knowledge repository of AWS solutions, case studies, and reference architectures. 4. Partner Marketing & Demand Generation • Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute joint campaigns, events, and webinars with AWS. • Drive thought leadership by creating content, whitepapers, and success stories showcasing AWS partnership achievements. • Ensure visibility in AWS partner directories, AWS Summit events, and industry forums. 5. Collaboration with Sales & Industry Leaders • Identify and engage AWS industry and sales leaders managing key client accounts. • Work closely with enterprise sales teams to drive partner-influenced revenue and opportunities. • Participate in AWS-led industry events, roundtables, and strategic discussions to strengthen relationships. Qualification 8-10 years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development within the cloud ecosystem. • Prior experience managing AWS or cloud technology partnerships is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of AWS services, partner programs, and marketplace strategies. • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing GTM strategies and joint partner initiatives. • Ability to build C-level relationships and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. • Experience in partner marketing, demand generation, and CoE development. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • MBA preferred, with a background in technology, cloud computing, or SaaS business development. Preferred Certifications: • AWS Partner Accreditation or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (preferred) • AWS Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional (a plus) • Relevant sales or marketing certifications related to cloud partnerships
