Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive (Data Management Executive) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a proactive approach to data accuracy and reporting. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless data operations and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets. Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Macros (if applicable). Utilize Pivot Tables and advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with various departments to collect and validate data. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in report generation. Address data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues. Provide data support to leadership and other teams for strategic decision-making. Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, LOOKUP, IF statements, etc.). Knowledge of Macros is a plus. Strong understanding of Pivot Tables and data structuring. Experience with Google Sheets, especially collaborative functions. Mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field. Prior experience in an MIS/Data Reporting/Analytics role. Why Join Us?
