Job Summary: As our Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering an engaging, transparent, and inclusive workplace culture. You will lead our efforts in employer branding, social media engagement, and direct communications from the CTO’s desk, ensuring our internal and external messages align with our brand’s mission and values. This is a strategic role focused on strengthening our employer brand and building a cohesive communication framework that resonates with current and prospective employees, particularly Gen Z. Key Responsibilities: Employer Branding : Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position Publicis Groupe as an employer of choice, especially among Gen Z audiences in Advertising & media Industry Ideate and execute compelling, relatable content that showcases our unique culture, values, and work environment across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor). Work closely with HR and creative teams to create campaigns spotlighting employee success stories, personal growth journeys, and behind-the-scenes content that appeals to Gen Z. Social Media Communication : Manage and create engaging content for internal and external social media channels with a focus on employee stories, team achievements, and industry insights. Stay up-to-date with social media trends to keep content fresh, authentic, and aligned with Gen Z preferences. CTO Desk Messaging : Work closely with the CTO and leadership team to craft thoughtful, authentic messaging on company vision, values, and strategic goals. Create impactful written and visual content for emails, newsletters, town halls, and video scripts that bring clarity and inspiration to employees. Award Submission Case Studies : Research and develop case studies for award submissions that showcase our team's achievements, creative campaigns, and company culture. Work with relevant teams to gather data, insights, and metrics to highlight our impact and strengths in industry award entries. What We’re Looking For: Experience & Skills : 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or a related role in media, advertising, or creative industries. Strong digital communication skills with a knack for social media trends, especially those that resonate with younger demographics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic mindset and eye for detail. Personality & Culture Fit : A creative, innovative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling.
