Position Summary: The Senior Growth Marketer will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven growth initiatives spanning the entire marketing funnel. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities, develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, and enhance the overall brand presence. Your ultimate goal is to accelerate revenue, maximize product adoption, and improve long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine holistic growth strategies that drive measurable results across both product (The Ark Connect) and services (Justo Global's Services), ensuring that acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts align with broader business objectives. Leverage data-driven insights to identify high-impact opportunities, continuously analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes, and use these findings to inform channel mix, messaging, pricing, and feature prioritization. Lead and execute hands-on SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content strategy to drive organic traffic growth and improve search visibility. Design, implement and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including paid search, social media, email, content, and community channels with a focus on conversion and engagement metrics. Create and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies that establish thought leadership, drive engagement, and support both short-term acquisition and long-term brand building goals. Experiment with new and established channels—paid search, social media advertising, content marketing, partnerships, referral programs, community-led initiatives—and rigorously A/B test landing pages, creative assets, and funnel optimizations, applying learnings to maximize ROI and scalability. Collaborate closely with product teams to enhance The Ark Connect's onboarding flows, in-app prompts, and engagement loops, ensuring that the platform's community-building features, integrations, and networking capabilities meet evolving customer needs and drive long-term user value. Work with services teams to develop customized growth campaigns that highlight Justo Global's consultancy and solution integration offerings, crafting compelling narratives that underscore the unique benefits of working with a trusted technology partner dedicated to enabling digital transformation. Establish robust analytics frameworks to measure full-funnel performance, track attribution, and monitor customer lifetime value, ensuring that all marketing decisions are grounded in empirical evidence and strategic insights while adapting rapidly to changing market conditions. Demonstrate and deliver concrete growth results through increased user acquisition, improved conversion rates, reduced customer acquisition costs, and enhanced customer lifetime value. Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, product managers, sales professionals, and customer success teams to deliver consistent and cohesive brand experiences that showcase Justo Global's technical depth, market expertise, and commitment to building meaningful digital ecosystems. Regularly present growth metrics, actionable recommendations, and business forecasts to executive stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind key initiatives, their impact on revenue and user metrics, and the strategic direction of both the product and service portfolios. Stay at the forefront of emerging growth trends, platforms, and best practices, continuously experimenting with new approaches—such as product-led growth, personalized outreach, community-driven marketing, and influencer collaborations—to keep Justo Global and The Ark Connect ahead of competitors. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B, B2C or technology-driven environments Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and engagement across multiple channels. Strong hands-on expertise in SEO , including technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies with demonstrable results in improving organic rankings and traffic. Demonstrated proficiency in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, social media, email, content) with measurable results. Hands-on experience in content marketing including content strategy development, editorial calendar management, and performance analysis. Proven ability to deliver measurable growth results through acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives with data to support achievements. Advanced proficiency with marketing tools including, SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude),Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp),CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM),Social media management and ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads),Content management systems (WordPress, Webflow) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives. Leadership qualities that foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Must be willing and able to work hands-on across all areas of growth marketing rather than just directing strategy.
