Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence. Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Drive growth in key verticals such as SaaS, Cloud, Extended Reality, Mobile, and Web Applications. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Conduct consultative meetings to understand client challenges and propose value-driven solutions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and support. Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals. Collaboration & Execution Collaborate with internal product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Work closely with leadership on business growth initiatives and market trends. Ensure timely delivery and alignment of projects with client expectations. Sales Operations & Reporting Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecast revenue using CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback. Skills & Experience Required: 2–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in IT or SaaS sectors). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate business value. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales automation platforms. Preferred: Experience with international clients and markets (especially Malaysia, Australia, or APAC region). Understanding of IT services such as SaaS, Cloud, Mobile & Web Development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
