This role involves managing outreach initiatives, driving student enrollments, leading a team, and ensuring the successful execution of admission targets. The SGM will also focus on market expansion, institutional partnerships, and enhancing the university's brand presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Admission Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to optimize admission campaigns. Design and execute innovative marketing and outreach programs to attract quality students. 2. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to ensure high performance and productivity. Conduct training sessions for admission counselors and outreach executives. Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 3. Outreach & Relationship Building Establish and strengthen relationships with schools, coaching centers, consultants, and other educational institutions. Represent the university at education fairs, seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand the university’s reach. 4. Student Engagement & Conversion Oversee the student counseling process to ensure a smooth admission experience. Develop lead generation and follow-up mechanisms to improve conversion rates. Monitor and enhance the student application process for efficiency and effectiveness. 5. Marketing & Brand Promotion Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital, print, and offline campaigns.
