Position: - Retail Commercial & Operations Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting Retail Team (Marketing, Exclusive Stores, Promoters, and Training) activities and acting as an interface between vendors, procurement, finance, and zonal teams. The role ensures efficient execution, analysis, and communication of retail marketing and operational activities. Roles and Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Handle end-to-end vendor coordination and negotiation for regional retail activity requirements. Conduct quarterly vendor evaluation, scoring, and quality checks, ensuring at least 15% of monthly executions are reviewed. Retail Budget Management: Monitor retail budgets by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts. Keep track of forecast vs. spend, provisions, and location-wise work allocated to vendors. Prepare detailed reports on retail spends, activity execution, and variance analysis for CDF, MDF, ZMM, and vendors. Marketing Collateral & Allocation: Validate marketing collateral (POSM, signage, in-store visuals, exclusive store Opex, VM agency support, manpower, etc.) as per HO guidelines. Allocate Retail Marketing POSM jobs accordingly to vendors and ensure compliance with all checklists during the PR to PO transformation. Activity Execution & Validation: Ensure timely execution and validation of marketing activities, including goods/services receipt, invoice processing, and AP payment follow-up. Conduct pre- and post-analysis of all marketing activities, manpower deployment, and promoter performance to assess ROI. Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to optimize future activities. Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with Zonal Marketing Managers & Exclusive Business Managers, vendors, and agencies to execute marketing and maintenance plans. Provide updates to the central team as per defined timelines. Performance Monitoring: Analyze retail marketing activity effectiveness, promoter productivity, and Exclusive store perfomance. Ensure timely action and communication of insights to relevant stakeholders. Market Visits & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular market visits to review points of sale, vendor performance, and marketing execution. Ensure adherence to quality standards and evaluate gaps in execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution of retail strategies and campaigns. Prepare review documents and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams. Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed MIS and execution reports for retail budgets, activity ROI, promoter performance, and marketing execution. Perform gap analyses for all activities and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
