We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Robotics Trainer to join our team and inspire students through the exciting world of robotics and technology. As a Robotics Trainer, you will play a key role in fostering creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking in students. You will teach on-site robotics classes, where students will develop, program, and debug their own robotic models. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging on-site robotics classes to students across various grade levels. Foster an environment that promotes problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration through hands-on learning and active project-based activities. Guide students in the development, programming, and debugging of robotic models, ensuring a solid understanding of robotics concepts. Tailor teaching methods to meet the varying learning styles and paces of students, creating an inclusive and effective learning environment. Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continued improvement. Collaborate with school personnel to facilitate smooth class scheduling, setup, and logistics. Maintain and organize robotics kits, tools, and associated equipment, ensuring everything is in working order for class activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM Education, or a related field. Proven experience in teaching, training, or coaching, with a preference for experience in robotics, coding, or STEM-related subjects. Strong understanding of robotics platforms such as LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT, and Tinkercad, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scratch, and C++. Excellent communication skills and classroom management abilities, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Passion for education, technology, and the development of young minds. Ability to travel to different school locations as needed.
