The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating with clients after onboarding, taking follow-ups with internal teams, and driving sales growth. The Sales Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the smooth implementation of solutions, and overseeing team performance to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Client Coordination & Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, ensuring they are supported, informed, and satisfied with the products/services. Build and maintain long-term client relationships by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure product adoption and gather feedback for future improvements. Team Collaboration & Follow-up: Lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and client needs. Regularly follow up with the internal sales team to monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and address any challenges in a timely manner. Review and approve sales reports, ensure follow-up actions are taken, and help resolve any bottlenecks. Sales Knowledge & Strategy: Apply strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and product offerings to drive business success. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, team performance, and client satisfaction. Identify areas where the team can improve and offer recommendations for further training or process enhancements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with the team to ensure targets are consistently met. Training & Mentorship: Mentor and train junior sales staff to improve their skills, product knowledge, and overall sales performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or client relationship management, with at least 2 years in a team-leading or managerial capacity. Client Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and nurture client relationships after onboarding. Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and customer relationship management techniques. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales objectives. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, especially in client-facing scenarios. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. CRM Knowledge: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) is preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
