Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the International Office team. Prepare and distribute routine correspondence and documentation. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of international student files, correspondence, and documentation. Assist in processing and organizing visa-related paperwork and student records. Communication: Facilitate communication between International Office staff, students, and other relevant departments. Respond to routine inquiries and redirect complex matters to the appropriate team members. Event Coordination Responsible for organizing and coordinating the event related task. Resource Management: Manage office supplies. Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for routine office expenditures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in office software and Applications.
