The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees Experience of Textile industry will be only be considered Experience of female labour hiring, hostel maintenance, knows labour sources, manpower planning to avoid any labour shortages. Handle overall plant and corporate HR, Local liasoning, Factory act & local departments liasoning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 15+ years' experience in Human Resources Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Age not more than 50 years Budget up to 15 lacs
