Exploring this Role: The Sales Trainer will play a critical role in shaping the organization's sales enablement strategy by designing and implementing impactful learning programs. This role is responsible for developing facilitator-led and digital training solutions that enhance sales performance, covering areas such as product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, customer relationship management, and competitive analysis. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on facilitation, and a deep understanding of sales processes to drive measurable impact on sales performance How your day will look like/Job responsibility • Leads the design of a sales learning roadmap in line with overall sales enablement strategy for the org. • Designs facilitator led and digital learning solutions that improve sales performance (Sales quota, revenue growth etc). This could include product know-how, sales process & methodology, objection handling, customer relationship management, competitive analysis etc • Facilitate learning programs on sales methodologies & processes that are journey based and customized to different GTM functions. • Design & facilitate comprehensive onboarding journey-based programs to enable new joins upskill effectively. • Offer ongoing coaching and feedback to sales reps on their sales calls, presentations, and overall performance. • Standardize sales L&D practices with measurable impact, across the Globe in partnership with Senior business leaders & HR business partners • Evaluate training effectiveness (sales metrics, KPIs) and align programs with business goals to ensure consistent and impactful delivery across teams Education & Work Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field. • Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC) or Learning & Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) are advantageous. • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven track record in sales leadership, sales coaching, or sales operations with hands-on experience in developing and delivering sales training programs Knowledge • Strong experience in designing global training programs and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and HR teams • Demonstrated ability to measure training effectiveness using sales KPIs and performance data. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement tools (Seismic, Highspot, Gong, etc.) Skills • Sales & Business Acumen – Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), sales enablement tools (Seismic, Highspot, Gong), and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot). • Training & Facilitation – Expertise in designing and delivering digital and facilitator-led training, onboarding programs, and sales coaching sessions tailored to different GTM functions. • Coaching & Communication – Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills to enhance sales performance through role-plays, feedback loops, and ongoing mentorship. • Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to align training initiatives with business goals, analyze sales data/KPIs, and continuously optimize programs for measurable impact. • Collaboration & Leadership – Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and HR teams, driving global training adoption, and influencing senior stakeholders Attitude/Disposition • Customer Obsession • Managing Conflict • Creative Thinking • Teamwork • Ownership Mindset • People First We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
