Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Motor & Non-Motor located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets for both motor and non-motor insurance products. Key tasks will include recruitment of Agents & solicitating Business through them. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategic planning Knowledge of motor and non-motor insurance products and market trends Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills Experience with market analysis and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
