We are looking for someone with experience in handling sheet metal fabrication, welding & robotics preferably from industries like construction equipment, automobiles and auto components. Currently we are seeking talented & and dedicated Weld professionals. Key responsibilities: Daily production schedule attainment with SQDCM parameters Drive Productivity Improvements, Lean, TPM & EHS initiatives Coach & Mentor the shop floor resources and create the team work to deliver better results Guide the team on problem solving techniques through proper analysis & Root causing processes in sheet metal & Robotics Solid technical experience in managing Robots, Lasers & Press shop Drive IMS Process and implementation Plan and improve the workforce flexibility and multiskilling of the team members Responsible for development of Tools, Tackles, Trolleys for Painted Parts Maintaining & improving Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilities Plan, Induct, Train, Rotate and Develop Human Resources Conversant with Toyota Production System or Equivalent Expand Process & Method Engineering footprint. Enhance & Improve the Material Flow and Reduce Handling in Shop Layout Changes and Modifications to ensure High Productive Platform
