About the Role: As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and scaling products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging market insights to drive product success. Key Responsibilities: Product Development – Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept (0-1) to scaling (1-N). Market Research – Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategy. Roadmap Planning – Assist in roadmap creation and ensure alignment with business goals. Wireframing & Prototyping – Develop product visuals for clear communication. Data Analytics – Use SQL and other tools to track performance and inform decisions. Project Management – Utilize Jira to streamline workflows and ensure timely execution. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years experience in SaaS or enterprise product environments. Strong grasp of product development methodologies (0-1 & 1-N). Proficiency in wireframing, Jira, SQL, and data analytics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in safety, maritime, or oil & gas industries. Exposure to AI product development. A Master’s in Business Administration or Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
