Role- HCM Oracle Fusion Consultant Location- Bangalore/Gurgaon/Pune/Chennai Experience- 3+ Mode- Onsite Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our Middle East clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, documenting the requirements, provide expert advice, deliver CRP/KUT/Go-Live, Training sessions and deliver tailored HCM solutions that drive organizational efficiency and performance. Mandatory Skills Required & Key Responsibilities To be Delivered: Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for Core Modules including (Core HR, Absences, Payroll, Time & Labor) OR Advanced Modules (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation and Benefits) for all Middle East region. Any other module knowledge Health & Safety, Digital Assistant OR Redwood UI enhancements/enablement will be an additional benefit. Fast formula: Mandatory knowledge of fast formulas is required for Absence, Payroll and OTL module. Should be able to write medium to complex fast formulas in payroll. Should have exposure of working with clients having multiple entities with multi country presence. Should have experience of implementing Absences and Payroll for maximum of Middle East countries e.g. UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait. Should have knowledge of Gratuity and Pension deductions etc as per above countries legislation. Should have cross functional knowledge eg. between HCM and Finance from the payroll perceptive.
