The Candidate must be from the West Bengal region.  JOB ROLE: Designing, developing, and managing curriculum, resources, and subject content for communication studies. Enhancing personal teaching skills and contributing to ongoing improvements in learning and teaching strategies. Engaging in scholarly activities to advance communication education and pedagogy. Developing and utilizing web-based platforms, digital library systems, and other educational technologies for effective teaching. Serving as a subject or discipline coordinator, overseeing curriculum implementation, providing feedback, and supporting academic performance management. Delivering lectures, seminars, tutorials, workshops, and practical communication training sessions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching media studies, public relations, journalism, or related fields. Teaching responsibilities may involve classroom, online, and/or hybrid delivery at the MBA level. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiate and moderate classroom discussions. Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum and methods of instruction. Prepare course materials, such as syllabus, homework assignments, and handouts. Keep abreast of developments in the field and participating in professional organizations and conferences. Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
