Job Description

Manager - Engineering Bangalore, India Responsibilities Responsible for utility operation & maintenance and packing equipment’s, warehouse equipment’s maintenance activities. Review the Utility Equipment’s related Operating and Preventive Maintenance SOP’s. Implement and Monitoring of Document Management System. Ensuring for Training Compliance to GB-EM SOPs. Responsible for ensuring the team cGMP, GDP, GEP, Compliance, Safety and Productivity. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures of Safety and EHS requirements. Preparation and Review/Approve of QMS records like Investigation reports, Impact assessment, Risk assessment, Qualification protocols and Reports, Summary reports and EHS management systems. Ensuring the online completion of preventive maintenance of equipment’s Ensuring the addressing the breakdown within specified timeline. Ensuring and maintaining the PM/Breakdown tracker Responsible as a representative for the Audits and Lead Auditee. To ensure all Equipment’s are Operated and Maintained as per Manufacturer’s recommendation. Ensuring and Procurement of Spares & Consumables, necessary action to be taken for maintain the spares for Utility and process Equipment. Coordination with all the departments for smooth Operation of production activities. Implementation of Continuous Improvement/Kaizens plans & Projects to reduce the operating cost. Implementing Energy management and Facility management in the Area. Ensuring and supporting of all the New Projects and executed as per schedule. Ensuring the Requalification completion within timeline. Reducing the breakdowns by identifying the potential problems by breakdown analysis, root cause analysis and implementation of the solutions on priority. Preparing annual revenue and CAPEX budgets for the responsible plants. Evaluate and maintain critical spares for the process equipment’s. Inventory management. Responsible for ensuring good Engineering practices and to comply with audit compliance, safety, and productivity. Planning and execution of routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance activities Ensuring and Preparing annual revenue and CAPEX budgets for the responsible plants. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 15+ years relevant experience in the pharma engineering domain Experience handling and leading a team of engineers.
