Role Overview: The L&D Data & Analytics Lead will drive data-backed insights to measure and optimize the impact of learning programs on business outcomes. This role will align L&D strategies with organizational goals, ensuring maximum ROI and workforce readiness as the company scales and prepares for an IPO. Key Responsibilities: • Develop learning analytics frameworks to measure training impact, ROI, and business outcomes. • Track key metrics such as learner engagement, skill development, and retention impact. • Use predictive analytics to identify skill gaps and future capability needs. • Provide data-driven insights to optimize learning investments. • Integrate L&D analytics with LMS, HRIS, and performance dashboards. • Track compliance training completion aligned with SEBI and IPO-readiness standards. • Present learning impact reports to leadership and optimize L&D budget allocations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Data Analytics, or related fields. • 6+ years of experience in learning data analytics and performance measurement. • Proficiency in LMS, HRIS, and data visualization tools. • Strong analytical and reporting skills with business impact focus.
