Job Overview: In this role, you will create clear, concise, and user-friendly help articles, tutorials, and support documentation. Your content will directly assist millions of users in getting the most out of various tools, such as photo editing, vector design, video editing, PDF management, and more. Key Responsibilities: Write, edit, and maintain high-quality help content, including how-to articles, step-by-step guides, troubleshooting documents, and FAQs. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and support teams to understand product workflows and customer pain points. Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content tailored for a global audience. Ensure consistency with client’s voice, tone, and help desk content standards. Use analytics and feedback tools to optimize content based on user engagement and search behavior. Participate in peer reviews and contribute to the improvement of content processes and standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or instructional content development, preferably in a tech or software environment. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and communicate them clearly. Familiarity with creative software suite is a strong plus. Experience working with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and documentation tools.
