Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech). Onboarding Timeline: First Month: You will undergo training on solutions, gaining a deep understanding of the major products we work with. During this time, you will become familiar with the products and its requirements, setting up the testing environment, learning the team's processes and tools, and execute existing test suites. First 3 Months: You will be assigned to a vertical within the team and start working with the Lead. Start creating or updating test cases based on the product requirements and acceptance criteria. Focus on both functional and non-functional testing aspects. First 6 Months: By this time you will be fully involved in the requirement discussions along with developers and Product managers. You will be solely responsible for conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and ensuring that software products meet the desired quality standards. You need to assess the current testing processes and suggest potential improvements or automation opportunities
