Responsibilities will include: • Lead a team on client site, ensuring successful delivery against client targets. • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business practices and requirements. • Shape and negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial terms, tailored to client needs. • Lead assigned MDS initiatives, including demand management and savings challenges, across varying scopes and scales. • Maintain MDS industry awareness to contribute to the value chain and identify displacement opportunities. • Drive cost efficiency exercises by leveraging spend analysis, RFPs, and savings opportunities. • Maintain and manage a comprehensive global MDS inventory to support business operations. • Oversee the ordering and cancellation of MDS services to ensure efficient service delivery. • 10+ years’ experience of the end-to-end MDS process • 10+ years’ experience working with MDS vendors and their services Ideal Candidates should normally be in one of the following roles. - MDS Sourcing/Vendor management specialist - MDS Business Analysis - MDS Administration Manager
