Vutto is a new startup (backed by marquee Angels & VCs) disrupting the used two-wheeler market in India. With our full-stack model, we offer a seamless and trustworthy platform for buying and selling of used bikes. Responsibilities : Manage multiple retail store that houses 100+bikes each within Delhi. Take care of day-to-day retail operations and liasioning. Lead a frontend sales team with store leads and a team of 4-5 sales associate KPIs : Sales targets from the stores. Govern the visits done in store to sales done as a metric. Customer nps of the store. Operational expenditure for the store. Team happiness quotient of the retail store. Requirements & Qualifications : Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/ retail sales role. High Proficiency in excel and google sheet. Good communication skills High sense of ownership and responsibility. Past experience in running large format retail store operations, running qsr outlets or managing retail store operations in the allied space will be super fit for this role.
